‘L’ bracket is suitable for metal roofs on which screw penetration is allowed. Care needs to be taken in preventing water leakage when installing.
For non-drilling metal roof solutions, all parts of the mounting system are obtained through laboratory tests and related to Safety certification.
L Bracket
The L bracket is suitable for all metal roofing installed with screws, and special attention should be paid to prevent water leakage after installation.
L Bracket with TB-1 & EzBase
This special assembly is designed for corrugated roof sheet or square rib roofing profiles. The arc sealing rubber is shaped consistent with the shape of the roof profile for exceptional water tightness. TB-1 or EzBase connects to the roof structure with 2 x 14g-65 screws that allow for larger bracket spacing.
KLC406, KLC700 & GRS700
KLC406 is specially designed for Klip Lok 406 metal sheets. The clamp can be used with a variety of EzQuik brackets, such as L feet, EzTKT and EzTruss, etc.
There are two types of Klip Lok 700 metal sheet, namely kliplok700 Classical and Hi-strength, which have different section profiles. KLC700 corresponds to Klip Lok 700 Hi-Strength metal sheet, and GRS700 corresponds to Klip Lok 700 Classical.
KLC series clamps have excellent structural stability and have passed the laboratory 1:1 full load test.
