EzQuik Rail

The rail is designed to have the most optimal structural performance compared to the others. This is achieved by having a box section with a large section height.

  • Aluminum extrusion profile, 6063-T6 alloy

  • Standard length: 4.4m, 4.2m

End clamp & Mid Clamp

The end clamps have varieties for adopting different PV panel thicknesses.

The Mid clamps are bundled with factory pre-assembled earthing chips for simultaneous panel and earthing installation. 

All clamps are designed to be used with EzT-Bolt for fastening.

Earthing Lug

Earthing lug is used to connect earth cable with EzRail.

There are 2 varieties available:

  1.  Earthing lug-02 (simpler and more economical)
  2.  Earthing lug-03 (more specific requirement)

Both types comply with the Australian Standards.

Splice

The splicer is simple to use and reliable due to the special design of the rail.

The splicer uses 2 EzT-bolts for joining rails. EzT-bolts allow the earthing circuit to work well.

All clamps are designed to be used with EzT-Bolt for fastening.

Ez-Tbolt & Screws

EzT-Bolt is designed to meet Australian standards and is made of stainless steel with a special coating for galling resisting.
Each bolt has an indicator that is convenient for confirming the correct ‘T head’ positioning and ensure safety and reliability.

The screw is the most important part of the mounting system. The connection with the roof uses a 14g-65 or 14g-75 screw. 

The screws comply with the Australian building code

  • Stainless steel for Ez-Tblot
  • Carbon steel with galvanize for Screws

Kliplok Clamp

Klip Lok clamp is a solution for installing PV panels on non-drill metal roofs. The clamps can work with all of the EzQuik brackets, such as EzTKT, EzTruss, EzBase, and L feet, etc. 

The clamps support Lysaght Kliplok metal sheet or their compatible products.

L feet

L feet are widely used in the roof structural connection of mounting systems and metal sheet roofs. The connection with the roof uses a 14g-65 or 14g-75 screw.

L feet 85

It is a bracket that can be easily combined with EzQuik components, such as KLC,TB-1 and EzBase etc.  

The connection with EzRail uses an Ez-Tbolt.

Tile Hook

EzTKT is a tilt system designed for flat roofs.

EzTruss

This is a PV panel roof truss system. The frame composed of the truss system is stable and reliable. It can be combined with other accessories such as TB-1, EzKLC, and EzBase.

EzTruss also provides 15 degrees to 30 degrees adjustable.

TB-1 is designed for corrugated roof sheet profiles. The arc sealing rubber is shaped consistent with the shape of the roof profile for exceptional water tightness. TB-1 connects to the roof structure with 2 x 14g-65  screws that allow for larger bracket spacing.      for more…

EzBase and TB-1

Ezbase is a component that can work with most brackets such as L feet, EzTKT and EzTruss. It is suitable for most metal roofing sheets. Ezbase connects to the roof structure with 2 x 14g-65  screws that allow for larger bracket spacing.

Ground Truss

This is a PV panel ground truss system. The frame is made of galvanized steel. There are a variety of footing options according to the site conditions.

Ground Foot (GPSF)

The foot, GPSF, use two M12 Dyna-bolt to fix on the concrete ground.

GPSF is a concrete buried foot anchor that meets Australian building standards.
