There is a very common problem within this job, the timber battens don’t have enough spacing for 2 rows of panels, so we have to use base rails with corrugated brackets as the foundation part to fit in everything.
Base rail gives the installer flexibility to install rails at any point, and with corrugated bracket, 2 fixing screws makes it much safer and hold the mounting system steadier on roof.
