EzQuik™ Roof Mounting System

According to our engineering experience, safety risks of a roof mounting system means not from the mounting itself, but from all the internal and external fasteners. Refer to Australian Building Code, All the fasteners, bolts and nuts, must be the same kind of material and must be carbon steel with galvanized or stainless steel.

EzQuik™ roof bracket fully comply with Australian Building Code, using 100% stainless steel fasteners, access to specialized technical certification license.

The first consideration for EzQuik™ tilt system, MSTKT, is the safety of use of the product, which is irrefutable, but we also consider the product's installation efficiency.

MSTKT overall structure has been optimized with tool interference that can effectively improve the efficiency of the installation.

  MSTKT 15-30 adjustable tilt system    
 

MSTKT is suitable to be used when solar panels needs to be sloped at an angle. The recommended foot span is 1020 mm for panel size of either 1640 x 990 mm or 1580 x 808 mm.

Before putting up the solar panels, please double check roof batten spacing (foot span) on site. Please refer to the table below, indicating relationship between roof batten spacing, tilt leg length and panel angle.

  Although MSTKT system has passed its safety approve, MSS still recommend you to use two scrows to fix the feet as the safety factor of the system would be fold increase if it be done.

  MSTKT 35-60 degree adjustable tilt system    
 

30-60 degree tilt legs are specially designed for some odd occasions that batten span is too wide to reach. For some projects there is no space to arrange PV panel on north roof, the Extended tilt feet is a good solution.

  MSTKT 10/16 degree fixed tilt system    
 

The fixed tilt system has been successfully applied to commercial roof which has not enough area to arrange more PV panel. MSS provide 10 and 16 degree fixed tilt systems. Both of them can maximum limit to shorten the distance between two rows.

  MSTKT 15-30 adjustable triangle system    
 

The triangle adjustable tilt system is designed to focus quick and easy installation for commercial jobs. All parts of the system have be assembled in manufactory. The new stent design tilt system which use specially designed aluminum extrusion can bear a greater flexural load.

The angle adjustment system inherited the traditional design of MSTKT. The triangle tilte system is one of the safest products in EzQuik™ tilt system
